In Montgomery County, the Watch the Vote program will be administered and coordinated by Pennsylvania’s Election Reform Network, a countywide citizens' organization. The Election Reform Network will recruit concerned citizens to report on polling location activities through the 866-MyVote1 hotline and coordinate with existing poll watchers from all political parties in target election districts. The Election Reform Network will also provide roving reporters to those districts who will assist in verifying and documenting election problems as they emerge throughout Election Day
