California Secretary of State Debra Bowen is considering withdrawing the state's approval of the flawed Premier Elections Solutions software that resulted in almost 200 ballots disappearing from Humboldt County's final November election results.

COVINGTON – The Kenton County Board of Elections has halted voting on handicapped accessible machines because they are not properly recording straight-ticket voting.
 
Voters began complaining about the problem early this morning, said Eileen Wendt, a board member.
