In Allegheny County, the Watch the Vote program is administered and coordinated by Pennsylvania’s VotePA,  a state-wide non-partisan alliance of groups and individuals.  VotePA and its constituents will coordinate with existing poll watchers from all political parties in target election districts and offer on the ground citizen support in the primary this year.
